Nearly three fourths of our planet is covered by ocean waters... the seas are home to mysterious, beautiful and awesome creatures, contain unexplored deep trenches, are filled with colorful and unique plant life, have been sailed and explored for centuries, provide food and livelihood for numerous cultures around the world, have inspired Mythological creatures and gods, were home to feared pirates, hosted naval battles, and provided a final resting place for sunken ships. The rise and fall of the tides, the lure of the open sea, and the sound of crashing waves can evoke feelings of peace, adventure, wonder and fear.
